• Mr Jake

  Jake and Ashley are proud to be the on-site owners of The Goddard School in Cave Creek. They are parents of four children that attend The Goddard School. After working in management and sales for over 10 years Jake decided that he wanted to be able to spend more time with his family. He and his wife wanted to operate a business that played an important role in the community along with his children. Jake is very proud and excited to own a business that is centered on his most important priority, Children and Families. He is proud to be a part of The Goddard School and is committed to providing the highest quality preschool experience for the children in Cave Creek. Jake and Ashley look forward to getting to know you and your family, as well as being a part of the community.

• Ms Kim

  Ms Kim has been a part of The Goddard Family since November 2023. Kim brings a wealth of experience and valuable skills to our organization, holding a degree in childhood psychology. Her unwavering passion for education and commitment to fostering a high-quality learning environment align seamlessly with our company's mission.

• Ms Tianna

  Ms. Tianna has been a part of The Goddard Family since September of 2015. She is the Executive Director and has been working in Early Childhood since 2013. Tianna works with children to help enrich their knowledge, give them care when they need it. She believes strongly in the benefit to learning through exploration and experience, that all children need nurture and knowledge to grow and create relationships, and the importance of a warm, safe, and caring classroom environment.

• Ms Brooklynn

  Ms. Brooklynn joined The Goddard Family in June of 2023. She is the Assistant Director. Brooke is working toward a degree in Elementary Education. Her previous experience in childcare centers includes working as a Lead Daycare Teacher, an Infant Teacher, and an Administrative Assistant. Brooke believes that while the safety and well being of children are of upmost importance, childcare should consist of both care and education.

• Ms Valerie

  Ms Valerie has been a part of The Goddard School family since January 2024. She currently works as an assistant teacher in the GetSet classroom. Valerie works with children because she loves developing relationships with each child and encouraging them to reach their milestones!

• Ms Andrea

  Ms. Andrea has been a part of The Goddard Family since April of 2019. She has a BA in Early Childhood Education. She is the Lead Get Set Teacher here at The Goddard School. Drea works with children because she loves being around kids and teaching them new things every day. She believes that early stages are the most important because we are teaching them how to behave and grow in society.

• Ms Briana

  Ms. Briana has been a part of The Goddard School family since January of 2019. She has been working in Early Childhood since 2015, has earned her CDA, and currently works as Co-Lead Infant Teacher. Briana works with children because she loves to see them grow and discover new things. She believes that every child is our future and it is her job to make sure our children get the education they need in a way they love.

• Ms Donna

  Ms. Donna has been part of The Goddard Family since August of 2023. Donna is our Co-Lead Pre-K Prep Teacher. She has past experience working with children at an early childhood learning center. Donna loves working with children because she can witness their growth and development, even in the smallest things. She enjoys having a role in shaping their educational future.

• Ms Elvia

  Ms. Elvia has been a part of The Goddard Family since November of 2016 and has been working in Early Childhood since 2004. She has a BA in Education and currently works as our Lead Pre-K Teacher. Elvia aspires to be creative in developing lessons that are hands-on, fun and that help children learn and reach their full potential.

• Ms Haley

  Ms. Haley joined The Goddard Family in March of 2023. She is our Co-Lead Preschool Prep Teacher. Haley has earned her CDA certification. She began working in childcare in 2018. Haley believes that all children are different from one another. She enjoys being a teacher because she has found that all children have the capacity to teach, and adults can learn from children, as well.

• Ms Jackie

  Ms. Jackie has been a part of The Goddard Family since August of 2017, has been working in Early Childhood since 2011, and currently works as our Lead Young Toddler Teacher. Jackie works with children because nothing in a day can brighten her smile more than the love, hugs, and smiles of her little ones. She believes and knows that not every child is the same and to understand and educate all children, we must be patient, caring, and loving.

• Ms Mykayla

  Ms. Mykayla joined The Goddard Family in May of 2023. She is currently the Co-Lead Teacher in our Infant room. Mykayla has experience working in early childcare with infants and toddlers since 2018. Mykayla believes that all children should be treated with respect, that their feelings are big and should always be considered.

• Ms Teresa

  Ms. Teresa has been a part of The Goddard Family since August of 2019 and has been working in Early Childhood since 2016. She currently works as Lead Toddler Teacher. Teresa works with children because she loves to make a huge difference in their lives. Helping children develop into people is what motivates her. She believes that these early years are the most precious for learning and as an educator she is here to help their development expand.

• Ms Alexandra

  Ms. Allie has been a part of The Goddard Family since October of 2022 and has been working in Early Childhood Education since 2017. She is our Lead First Steps Teacher. She has and Associates degree and is currently working towards her Bachelor degree in Early Childhood Education. Allie loves working with children because each and every day is different and eventful. She thrives on watching her students meet their developmental milestones!

• Ashley

  Ms Ashley has been a part of the Goddard Family since February 2024. She is working toward her degree in Early Childhood Education, has earned her CNA, and currently works as Assistant Infant Teacher. Ashley works with children because she loves to help them grow and become the best versions of themselves.

• Ms Ashley

  Ms. Ashley joined The Goddard Family in October of 2022. She is currently the Co-Teacher in our Get Set room. Ashley has been working in early childhood since 2017. Ashley aims to provide a nurturing, child-led, play-based learning environment that fosters confidence, trust, and creativity.

• Ms Chauntelle

  Ms. Chauney has been part of The Goddard Family since November of 2022. She is currently the Lead Preschool Teacher. Chauney joined the team with prior experience in childcare. She believes that from an early age, children learn and grow best when they are heard, valued, and loved.

• Katherine

  Ms Katie has been a part of The Goddard School family since January 2024. She has been working in Childcare since 2021, has earned her Associates Degree, and currently works as an Assistant Teacher in the Young Toddler classroom. Katie works with children because she loves to encourage them while helping them reach their milestones.

• Ms Lexi

  Ms. Lexi joined The Goddard Family in September of 2023. She began her career in childcare in 2016 and currently works as the Assistant Teacher in our Preschool Prep room. Lexi loves working with children because it is a gift to watch them learn and grow. She believes that each child has an individual gift, and that learning should be kept fun.

• Ms Lisa

  Ms. Lisa has been a part of The Goddard Family since December of 2014, has been working in Early Childhood since 2001, and currently works as an Office Assistant, helping to carry out daily duties throughout the school. Lisa works with children because she strives to develop trusting relationships with children that allow her to ensure each child is having fun while learning and progressing in their development.

• Ms Michelle

  Ms. Michelle joined The Goddard Family in August of 2023. She is currently our Assistant Teacher in the Toddler room. Michelle worked in childcare as a substitute teacher for one year before finding her home with us here at Goddard. Michelle's mission is to provide all of her students with safety and the best care. She believes children should never be afraid to be their true selves.

• BROEGAN

  Ms Broegan has been a part of The Goddard School family since January 2024. She has been working with children since 2022, has earned her RBT license, and currently works as a resource teacher. Broegan works with children because she loves to make learning exciting and individualized for each child to reach their full potential!

• Ms Molly

  Ms. Molly has been a part of The Goddard Family since October of 2021. She currently works as a Resource Teacher and helps implement lesson plans throughout the day in each class. Molly enjoys working with children because she has the opportunity to provide each and every child with the care they need to thrive in life.

• Ms Sydney

  Ms Sydney has been a part of The Goddard Family since January 2024. She is working towards a degree in Early Childhood education. Sydney works with children because she loves to give them freedom to express their creativity while learning.
